Personal data
Data controller: Adam Taguirov, operator of ShadowProxy (details above). Data processed: account data (name, email address, phone, company), orders and exchanges, and technical data of connections to the services.
- Purposes and legal bases: managing the account, orders and customer service (performance of the contract); keeping the accounts and retaining the connection data required from access providers (legal obligation); preventing fraud and abuse (legitimate interest).
- Recipients: our providers, only for what concerns them: Contabo (hosting), Infomaniak (encrypted backups), Brevo (sending emails), Hostinger (mailbox of contact@shadowproxy.fr), Stripe and NOWPayments (payments), and the authorities upon request. Data are neither sold nor transferred.
- Transfers outside the European Union: backups are stored in Switzerland, a country recognised by the European Commission as offering adequate protection. Stripe may process payment data in the United States, under the safeguards provided by the GDPR (Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).
- Retention: the duration of the customer relationship, then 3 years for marketing; 10 years for accounting records; 1 year for connection data.
- Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, by writing to contact@shadowproxy.fr. You can also complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
Audience measurement
We count the pages viewed and the site each visitor comes from (search engine, social network, campaign link), to know which channels make us known. This measurement uses no cookie: your IP address is never stored, only a pseudonymous fingerprint, computed from the IP address and browser and renewed every month, is used, and these data are deleted after 13 months. When you create an account, the source of your first visit is attached to it.
Cookies
The site uses a single cookie, needed to stay signed in to your customer area. No advertising or audience measurement cookie.
